New VCI for Windows and Android Devices

MSFT 5.0 and dhcpcd-5.5.6

The Vendor Class Identifier (VCI) in the DHCP request has been updated for some Windows-based devices. This value, which used to be simply "MSFT 5.0", will now appear as "MSFT 5.0" for some devices and "dhcpcd-5.5.6" for Android devices. The VCI is important because it allows DHCP servers to provide specific configuration parameters to devices based on their vendor and model.

Windows Arm64 and WebAssembly Support

In other news, .NET 5.0 is now available for download on Windows, macOS, and Linux in x86, x64, Arm32, and Arm64 architectures. This release extends the platform's reach to Windows Arm64 and WebAssembly, providing developers with more options for building and deploying cross-platform applications.
